Information on this site
Every figure on this site — plot sizes, payment plans, “starting” price bands, possession dates, inventory counts — is sourced from the developer’s published brochure at the time we last updated the page. Real estate markets move, allocations close, and developers revise terms. Before you act on any number shown here, you must verify it in writing with a PropertyInn advisor.
Where a price is marked “starting”, it is the lowest band available at the time of publication and is subject to availability. Possession dates are developer estimates and may move.
Tokens, bookings, and refunds
When you place a token to reserve a unit, the funds are held by, and are the responsibility of, the developer or the developer’s authorised collection agent — not PropertyInn. Token receipts and developer-issued allotment documents are the binding records of your booking.
Token amounts are non-refundable after the 7-day cooling-off window, unless the developer’s own brochure or your booking form states otherwise. Refund eligibility within the 7-day window is at the developer’s discretion and is processed on the developer’s own schedule.

Project photographs, brochures, and payment-plan images credited to a developer remain the property of that developer and are shown under licence.
Third-party links
Links from this site to developers, payment portals, mapping services (Google Maps), or social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, WhatsApp) take you to services operated by other companies under their own terms. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content or availability.
Availability and changes
We may take this site offline for maintenance, change the projects on display, or remove pages at any time. We may also amend these terms — the date at the top of the page reflects the most recent revision. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PropertyInn is not liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or from a placement decision you have taken on the strength of information shown here. Our total liability for any direct loss, where it is established, will not exceed the advisory commission PropertyInn actually received in connection with the transaction in question.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under Pakistani law.
Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. The courts of Lahore, Punjab have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with them.
